What's included

China domestic delivery — pickups and deliveries anywhere in China

For customers anywhere in the world who buy from China but are not there. We collect from your supplier and deliver to your freight forwarder, a factory, a buyer or a trade fair anywhere in mainland China, or to our own Foshan and Shenzhen hubs if you ship to Singapore with us. You write in English; we deal with the sender and driver in Chinese. Companies and factories in China with regular deliveries can ask for a business account: many orders booked at once, lower rates, monthly billing and 发票.

China domestic delivery · How shipping within China works

Who it's for
Buyers outside China whose supplier will not deliver to their forwarder, businesses moving samples or stock between Chinese cities, and customers shipping to Singapore with us whose supplier will not deliver to our hub.
What's included
Booking the carrier, agreeing the pickup with the sender in Chinese, and following the goods until they are signed for. A price per trip within a few hours, in US dollars, euros, Singapore dollars or RMB. Trips inside China are paid before pickup, by card, PayPal, or in SGD or RMB; a pickup to our hub goes on your freight bill.

Uncrating and disposal — our crew and bins in Singapore

We open wooden crates after shipping, stuff and unstuff containers, and clear any waste: pallets and packaging, old furniture, office and warehouse clear-outs, renovation debris, even hazardous waste. Our crew comes with a pick-up lorry or a small, 3ft, 4ft or 5ft bin, and everything goes to NEA-licensed disposal facilities we work with directly, such as our partner's in Tuas, so there is no middleman's margin.

What's included
The crew, the lorry or a bin sized for the job, and taking everything to a licensed disposal facility. A quote per job within a few hours; nothing is booked until you agree to the price.

Furniture assembly — Taobao, IKEA and fitted furniture in Singapore

We put together flat-pack and knock-down furniture from Taobao, 1688, IKEA or any shop, and fit pieces to the room, such as a wardrobe cut to clear the skirting. The work is done with a local furniture company with 16 years' experience and its own factory. Send a photo of each item for a final quote within a few hours. No payment if the job cannot be done properly, breakage compensated at invoice value, nothing added on site.

Who it's for
Anyone in Singapore with furniture to assemble: Taobao, 1688 and Tmall buyers, IKEA and local-shop flat-packs, homes and offices that need a wardrobe or cabinet fitted to the wall, and customers shipping furniture from China with us who want it standing on delivery day.
What's included
The team and their transport, unpacking, assembly, fixing to the wall where needed and any cutting to fit that was quoted. Half the quote on booking, the rest after the job, by PayNow or bank transfer; the deposit comes back in full if the job cannot be done.

Choose how far we take it

Hub to door

Your supplier delivers to our warehouse in China (Foshan for sea, Shenzhen for air) and we deliver to your address in Singapore. This is what the published rates are for, and what most of our customers book.

Port to port

We move it between ports or airports. You arrange collection at the Singapore end. The cheapest option if you already have a mover. We can also collect from your supplier in China, quoted separately.

Customs clearance

We are a registered Declaring Agent with Singapore Customs and lodge your permit declarations in-house — no third party in the chain, no waiting in someone else's queue. GST on imports is payable to Singapore Customs on the value of your goods plus freight and insurance.

We need a commercial invoice and a packing list for every shipment. Once you accept your confirmed quote, we email you a link to upload them.

Singapore last-mile delivery

Delivery to any Singapore address — commercial, industrial or residential. Tell us if there is no loading bay, no lift, or a fixed delivery window, and we plan for it rather than discovering it on the day.

Insurance and liability

Every shipment is covered by default — there is nothing to add on or opt into.

If cargo goes missing in transit, it is compensated in full at the declared value on your commercial invoice.

Damage in transit is assessed case by case on the evidence: photos on arrival, the packing list and the condition of the outer cartons.

Declare the true value on your invoice — that is the value a claim is settled on.
