Shiplet

Restricted and controlled goods

Most of these can be shipped. They need the right paperwork, the right mode, and a carrier willing to accept them — which is exactly what we sort out before you commit. Tell us what you're shipping and we'll tell you what it takes.

Possible on request, subject to carrier acceptance and regulatory approval.

Lithium batteries and devices containing them

Power banks, laptops, e-bikes, tools — anything with a cell inside. Air carriers apply IATA dangerous-goods rules and most require an MSDS and a UN38.3 test report. Sea is usually the practical route. Loose batteries are harder than batteries installed in equipment.

Liquids

Needs an MSDS to establish whether it is classified as dangerous goods. Non-hazardous liquids ship normally; flammables are sea-only and need proper packing and declaration.

Aerosols and pressurised containers

Treated as dangerous goods by most carriers. Sea freight with a correct declaration is usually possible; air rarely is.

Powders

Routinely inspected, whatever they are. Expect a screening delay, and give us a clear description and an MSDS up front to avoid a longer one.

Food and beverages

Requires a Singapore Food Agency licence and permit held by the importer, and the product must meet SFA labelling and composition rules. You need to be the licensed importer — we cannot import food on your behalf.

Cosmetics and skincare

Must be notified to the Health Sciences Authority before supply in Singapore. Small personal quantities and commercial quantities are treated very differently.

Medicines, supplements and medical devices

HSA-controlled. Health products, therapeutic products and medical devices each have their own route and most need a licensed importer. Tell us early — this is the category most likely to change the plan.

Magnets and magnetised material

Air carriers measure the magnetic field at a distance and reject cargo that exceeds the limit. Shielded packing usually solves it. Sea freight is unaffected.

What we won't move

Counterfeit goods, items prohibited under Singapore law, undeclared dangerous goods, and anything you'd rather not describe accurately on an invoice.

Not sure which applies? Describe your goods and we'll tell you before you commit.
