What the statuses mean

Most shipments move through these steps in order. Your reference is in the confirmation email we sent when you booked.

Request received
We have your details and are checking them against your instant quote. The confirmed quote follows within a few hours.
Quote confirmed
Your confirmed quote has been sent and is waiting for you to accept it. Nothing is booked until you do.
Booking confirmed
You accepted the confirmed quote. We're booking space on a sailing or flight.
Collected in China
Your cargo is with us at the consolidation hub and has been checked against the packing list.
Departed China
Your cargo has left on its vessel or flight.
In transit
On its way to Singapore.
Arrived in Singapore
Landed or berthed. Arrival handling is underway.
Customs clearance
The import permit is lodged and your cargo is being cleared.
Out for delivery
On the van and heading to your address.
Delivered
