All business undertaken by Empirical Marine and Trading Pte. Ltd. is transacted subject to our Standard Trading Conditions. These set out the basis on which we act, the limits of our liability, and your obligations as customer.

Shiplet acts as an agent arranging carriage on your behalf, except where we expressly state in writing that we contract as principal.
