How much does it cost to ship personal effects?

Sea LCL is S$82 per CBM door to door, with a 1 CBM minimum. A studio's belongings are usually 2–4 CBM; a two-bedroom flat 6–10 CBM. Use the CBM calculator on the pricing page or send us your inventory.

Do I need to be in Singapore to receive it?

Someone needs to accept the delivery and sign — a family member or friend is fine. Give us their name and mobile when you book.

Can you collect from my flat in China?

Yes. Tell us the city and whether there is a lift. Collection is quoted separately from the door-to-door sea rate.

How long does it take?

Sea: 10–14 days from departure to your door. Air: 3–5 days. Allow a few extra days for collection in China and for your building's delivery slot.

What counts as personal effects

Used household goods and belongings you own and have used: clothing, books, kitchenware, bedding, small furniture, bicycles, personal electronics. Brand-new goods in commercial quantities are not personal effects and are cleared as a normal import.

Packing and your inventory list

1.Pack in sturdy double-wall cartons, no heavier than one person can lift.
2.Number every carton and list its contents on a simple inventory: carton 1 — winter clothing, carton 2 — books, and so on.
3.Put a value against each line. Customs needs it, and it is the value a claim is settled on.
4.Wrap furniture corners and glass. We can arrange crating for fragile items on request.

What cannot travel

Anything on the restricted list needs paperwork or cannot ship at all: liquids and aerosols, lithium batteries outside a device, food and plant products, medicines beyond a personal supply, and anything counterfeit.

Door delivery to an HDB flat or condo

We deliver into the flat, not just the lobby. When you book, tell us:

The floor, and whether a lift reaches it.
Whether the condo needs a loading-bay booking or a mover's permit.
Any delivery window the building enforces.
Stairs or narrow corridors for bulky items.
